At alt Create Hub, every adult is here on purpose. Our team is small by design — because when you work with just 4 young people at a time, you need people who are consistent, committed, and genuinely invested.

Alex Morgan

Lead Practitioner

Alex has worked in Alternative Provision and youth work for over 8 years. Before joining alt Create Hub, they worked with young people excluded from mainstream education, developing programmes that used gaming and creative technology to re-engage learners.
